Inspired by 10 magic questions
The session draws on Meeting-itis… Make it Stop! by Louis Vareille, founder of Reuniology. His 10 “magic questions” follow the life of a meeting, from the invitation to the follow-up: simple enough to ask tomorrow morning, powerful enough to change what your board and executive meetings deliver. We apply them live to your real meetings, and if you want to go further, Olivier then spends 30 minutes with you on one of yours.
What you get
Everything is included. Nothing to buy, nothing to install beyond Teams.
Your meeting on the table
Describe it in the chat. Olivier and Jo react to real examples, not to theory.
The replay
Everyone who registers, whether or not they attend, receives it by email, to watch at their own pace.

Your hosts
OWOlivier Wolff
Partner, Reuniology
After twenty years in international media and technology groups, where he led teams across 60 countries and went through mergers, crises and the digital shift, Olivier works with organisations to diagnose how teams really work together and to put in place practices that last. His conviction: a meeting is where the real culture of a team shows. In parallel, he acts as Senior Advisor and Non-Executive Director (NED) and contributes to the governance of industry associations. His work is informed by his multicultural background, governance education, and strong commitment to inclusion and sustainability.
JWJo Williams
UK Lead, Reuniology
A seasoned executive with over two decades of international experience, Jo has led marketing, business development and licensing teams in the media, tech and entertainment industries. Her leadership has been defined by building inclusive, high-performing teams and navigating complex transitions, including digital transformations, mergers and restructures. She believes that how a team shows up together, in meetings, brainstorms or challenges, reveals its potential, and that it starts with how we manage and respect people's time. Certified by Louis Vareille to deploy Reuniology in the UK, Jo is an executive and career coach, ICF-accredited (ACC), and a former Board Member of the UK Chapter of the International Coaching Federation.
The method behind the session
Reuniology, The Science and Soul of Great Meetings, was created in 2017 by Louis Vareille, author of Meeting-itis … Make it Stop! (Eyrolles, 2022). It does not try to remove meetings. It makes each one productive, engaging and a place to learn. More than 100 organisations, from international groups, SMEs and start-ups to public bodies and associations, have applied it.
“This method gave back meaning and enthusiasm to our executive committees. The team is closer and listens better to the topics.”
“Thank you for this unexpected morning, which let us look at things from another angle. A great moment of pedagogy.”
Testimonials as printed in Reuniology's 2026 brochure, translated from French.
